    This item is only available on the CD-ROM version of this tool kit. Items in red indicate club and district specific information that should be inserted by each club that uses the presentation. This presentation can saved to a local disk (floppy or hard drive), emailed, and modified by each club.

    This form is a useful tool for identifying ways in which a club can fulfill the four elements of an effective club. This form can also be found in the District Governor's Training Manual (233).

    This document is a useful starting point for creating a plan for member education, from induction to continuing education. Strategies for Member Education (414) is available for download and can be found in chapter four of the Club President's Manual (222).

    This handout contains tips for making club meetings an effective environment for recruitment and retention.
  13. The 25 Minute Membership Survey (13.doc)
    This survey is intended for use at the club level, but can be used as a handout at district and zone-level presentations. The survey is a brainstorming tool to identify potential members.

    This survey is intended for use at the club level, but can be used as a handout at district and zone-level presentations. The survey is a tool that can be used to identify problem areas and potential solutions for a specific club.
  15. Resigning Member Input Questionnaire (15.doc)
    This is a copy of the form mailed out to former members by RI for the resigning members survey project summarized in Appendix 17 of the 2002-03 RIMC Manual. This may be a useful tool to modify for use in your region.
