Rotary International District 5170

The District 5170 Leadership Academy is a strenuous, in-depth training opportunity for Rotarian leaders to increase their knowledge and effectiveness.  Participants undertake a nine-month program consisting of six courses.  The courses are largely conducted electronically, with Instructors providing guidance and with periodic “live” meetings with the Dean, Instructors, and the District 5170 Academy Committee.

Two classes have now completed the program, and all have moved into district leadership roles and/or have become more productive leaders of their own clubs.

You now have an opportunity to nominate a District 5170 Rotarian to participate in the 2008-09 program. 

Appropriate candidates have completed a term as Club President or have demonstrated leadership in other district positions.
