Born and raised in Chikugo city, Fukuoka. After graduating in 1997 with a civil engineering degree from Fukuoka University, he worked for a major construction consultant company which design roads and parks for city planning. However, Nobuyuki’s desire to try new consulting and interest in environmental problems and meteorological phenomenon lead him to acquire qualification as a weather forecaster. Little by little, in his current position, he is able to incorporate his environmental knowledge into his design consulting. Ultimately, the goal is to be a recyclable society by recycling goods and materials, circulating various energies in the atmosphere, incorporating the opinions of locals and end-users and designing what is really necessary.

2D-CAD is currently being used for design but is time consuming; error causing and the design objectives are not being communicated clearly to the locals. Nobuyuki is currently involved in developing a 3 D design tool to improve accuracy, speed and simplicity.

His hobbies include motorcycle touring, photography, music appreciation, and playing the electric organ. He participated in track (sprints) in high school and has always liked physical acticity. Currently enjoys jogging and swimming.
