This program was made possible for the efforts of, Sue McKinney, a member of the Rotary Club of Oakland Sunrise, who resides in Vietnam will aide in the selection of the Vietnamese teams and coordinate events in Vietnam for our teams. A GSE Team consists of one Rotarian Team Leader and four non-Rotarian Team Members.

Special thanks is extended to Sue McKinney, the GSE Coordinator in Vietnam.  Without Sue's dedicated efforts the GSE program would have never happened! Sue, a resident of Ho Chi Minh City, paved the way for the GSE program in Vietnam and organized our activities there.  She also pulled together the inbound Vietnamese GSE teams visiting the US April 2003.
