Projects of the Rotary District 5170 Foundation

The Rotary District 5170 Foundation is a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) organization. The primary purpose of the District Foundation is to provide an avenue through which Rotary Clubs, the District, and other Rotary projects can raise money and provide funding for their humanitarian efforts, both domestic and international.

In order to apply to be a Project of the Rotary District 5170 Foundation, you must:

1. Complete and submit an application (PDF) to the District Foundation's Secretary (find the current Chair on the Directory's Administration page)
    
2. Make a presentation to the District Foundation Board in order to allow for questions and answers related to the application. After submitting an application, you will need to contact the current Chair of the District Foundation to arrange for a date and time to make your presentation.

Rotary Clubs that wish to open a club account with the District Foundation should use a different form, which is available to download.
