Rotary International District 5170

What is Interact? Simply put, Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for high-school students. Interact gives young people an opportunity to participate in meaningful service projects and to develop their leadership skills and initiative while meeting new friends.

Through their service activities, Interactors learn the importance of developing leadership skills and personal integrity, demonstrating helpfulness and respect for others, understanding the value of individual responsibility and hard work, and advancing international understanding and goodwill.

Interactors have access to the many resources of Rotary International and the Rotary Foundation. Rotary International provides the administrative support that helps Interact clubs thrive, but local Rotary clubs are also essential to successful Interact clubs. All high schools in your club's attendance area should have an Interact club -if not, sponsor one.

District 5170 Interact clubs have the largest membership in the world! There are an estimated 5,500+ Interactors in 76 high schools within our district boundaries.
