This committee is the liaison for Rotaract clubs, their sponsoring Rotary clubs, and the district.  Rotaract, first organized in 1968, is "Rotary in Action."  Its purpose is to provide young adults from 18 to 30 years of age the opportunity for service and development of leadership skills.

Enterprise Leadership Conferences 
Juniors from local high schools come together for a 3-day weekend to experience the entrepreneurial process by creating their own virtual businesses.  Participants gain a better understanding of development, finance, marketing, sales and HR within a company.
