Request for Charitable Support

A Gala Fund-raising event, Fiesta of the Americas, is being held Saturday, Oct 4, 2008 , 4 - 7 PM, in Alameda, California, at the Grand Pavilion. This event will feature a concert of classical guitar and vocalists, refreshments, and live and silent auctions. Money raised from the event will help fund the treatment of poor burned children from throughout South and Central America. (See COANIQUEM website at www.burnedchildren.org) We anticipate an attendance of about 250 people at this event, representing many of the Latin countries benefiting from the burn program, as well as supporting members of Rotary International Clubs in the Bay Area. We invite your support for our event, and thereby support for Coaniquem BCF, the American Foundation that contributes to the treatment center in Chile. Please consider any of the following as your contributions:
    *Sponsorship with special recognition at the event
        Gold- $2,000 (poster and program notice)
        Silver -$1,000 (program notice)
        Bronze -$500 (program notice)
    *Items of value for a charity drawing or silent auction (for example, airline tickets, vacation properties, art objects, your products or services, etc.)
    *Financial sponsorship of activities at the event -music food, entertainment     *Purchase of tickets for the event @$75
    *Support of a year's treatment for one child @$700
    *Other creative contributions

Any contributions would be greatly appreciated. Coaniquem BCF is a registered 501(c)3 charitable foundation, so contributions would be tax- deductible in the U.S.  The Tax Identification number for Coaniquem BCF is 51-0381285.
