Club Service is one of the most important Avenues of Service. Your club infrastructure and consistent direction of leadership sets the tone and production of all Rotary clubs. Our District 5170 Club Service Handbook is now available on line. This book was developed to help all Rotary clubs in District 5170 to be able to find answers to those commonly asked questions. Also available is the Club Secretary's Manual, which includes a Club Treasurer section.
