This committee works with the individual Club Membership Committees to provide them with resources, leadership and ideas on how to increase membership through new member recruitment, development, retention, ethnic and demographic diversity and relevance and priority of membership in Rotary.

Club Programs Chair
This person will become a resource for the collection of recommended speakers for club programs that are available to clubs in District 5170. These programs will be posted on the district website for easy access. This person will work closely with the district website administrator to establish special links to the speakers available for the weekly club meetings in District 5170.
We Care Chair
This person will lead the committee that continues to build the ONLINE toolbox of information for Club members and Officers sot that District 5170 Clubs will maintain the a highest level of quality of service by Rotarians to their fellow club members and to visitors (prospective members, visiting Rotarians, guests and speakers in addition to their local and international community).
Club Communications Chair
This person is a resource for club newsletter editors and webmasters. This person will work closely with the district website administrator to establish special links to the weekly club newsletters for clubs in District 5170. In addition this person will assist club officers and directors on the many different means of communications to Rotarians including the District online calendar of events.
Club Budgeting & Fundraising Chair
This person is a resource for the collection of different club information regarding many types of successful club fundraisers for both club support and charitable support. This person will work closely with the District Website Administrator to establish special links to different club fundraising events and the collection of administrative type documents posted on the district site so that other clubs may benefit when developing their own fundraising activities. In addition this person will solicit some examples of different club's successful budgets ranging from Small to Medium to Large type clubs.
Club Newsletter Contest
This person will take the lead in developing the contest guidelines and criteria for judging club newsletters in our district. In addition this person will be a resource for ideas and suggestions for Club Newsletter editors to help improve communication internally and externally.

Membership General Chair
This committee works with the individual Club Membership Committees to provide them with resources, leadership and ideas on how to increase membership through new member recruitment, development, retention, ethnic and demographic diversity and relevance and priority of membership in Rotary.
Membership Retention Chair
This person will work with the Area Membership Chairs sharing the different membership tools and programs offered by RI and different high performing clubs in the district. This person will work closely with the District Website Administrator to add to the district Website We Care Toolbox new and innovative club ideas that help promote RETENTION. It is always easier to retain a current member than to find a new one.
New Member Orientation Chair
This person will become a resource for the collection of different club information regarding tools different clubs use to welcome new members into their organization. This person will work closely with the district website administrator to establish special links to different clubs "Membership Orientation" packages and the collection of new member administrative type documents posted on the district site so that other clubs may benefit when developing their own "New Member Orientation" packages.
Membership Reporting Chair
This person will be the primary contact point for the district for reporting Club Members Drops and Adds. Also included will be Club's weekly attendance numbers. This person will be responsible for working with the Club Secretaries to insure accurate numbers are reported to RI and the district and posted on the District Web site.
